Thai Peanut Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter | ||
1/2 cup cider vinegar | ||
1 cup canola oil | ||
1/2 cup sugar | ||
1/2 tsp fresh chilies, chopped | ||
2 tbs scallions, chopped |
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Serve as a dressing for spinach or as a sauce with grilled poultry, meat or noodles.
