Tuna Noodle Salad
Ingredients
2 (5oz) cans of solid white albacore tuna, drained | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise | ||
1 tbs milk | ||
1 cup of egg noodles, cooked | ||
2 tbs chopped onion | ||
3 tbs chopped celery | ||
3 tbs green pepper, chopped | ||
2 tbs roasted red peppers, drained and chopped | ||
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped |
- Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, and milk together. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl, then add dressing and gently mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
