Barbecued Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs of baby back ribs
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 and 1/2 tbs canola oil
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • For the sauce, combine the mustard, paprika, oregano, cumin and oil in a pan.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except for the ribs.
  • Cook stirring, over medium heat for 3 minutes or until well combined. Allow to cool.
  • Coat the ribs with the sauce and marinate overnight.
  • Cook on a hot barbecue grill, turning frequently and taking care not to burn.
  • Cooking should take about an hour.
  • Cut into individual ribs before serving.
