Barbecued Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
3 lbs of baby back ribs | ||
1/2 tsp dry mustard | ||
1/2 tsp dry mustard | ||
1/4 tsp ground oregano | ||
1/4 tsp ground cumin | ||
1 and 1/2 tbs canola oil | ||
1 tsp Tabasco sauce | ||
1 clove garlic, crushed | ||
1/2 cup tomato sauce | ||
2 tbs tomato paste | ||
2 tbs brown sugar | ||
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce | ||
2 tsp brown sugar | ||
2 tsp apple cider vinegar |
- For the sauce, combine the mustard, paprika, oregano, cumin and oil in a pan.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the ribs.
- Cook stirring, over medium heat for 3 minutes or until well combined. Allow to cool.
- Coat the ribs with the sauce and marinate overnight.
- Cook on a hot barbecue grill, turning frequently and taking care not to burn.
- Cooking should take about an hour.
- Cut into individual ribs before serving.
