Cheese Cake Pie
Ingredients
1 (9 inch) pre- baked graham cracker crust | ||
1 lb of cream cheese, room temperature | ||
1 cup sugar | ||
2 tbs flour | ||
1/2 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp vanilla extract | ||
4 eggs, separated | ||
1 cup heavy cream |
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix together the sugar, flour and salt.
- Add the sugar mixture to the cream cheese.
- Beat in the vanilla and egg yolks.
- Stir in the cream.
- Beat the egg whites until the form stiff peaks.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Turn the filling into the crust.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Cool before serving.
