Cheese Cake Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pre- baked graham cracker crust
  • 1 lb of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Mix together the sugar, flour and salt.
  • Add the sugar mixture to the cream cheese.
  • Beat in the vanilla and egg yolks.
  • Stir in the cream.
  • Beat the egg whites until the form stiff peaks.
  • Fold in the egg whites.
  • Turn the filling into the crust.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Cool before serving.
