Ginger Seafood Dredge
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour | ||
1 cup corn meal | ||
2 tsp kosher salt | ||
2 tsp black pepper | ||
1 tbs ground ginger |
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Use to dredge seafood before frying.
- Add seafood to mix and remove the excess.
- Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown and crispy.
