Indian Curry Barbecue Glaze
Ingredients
| 1 cup honey | ||
| 1 cup apple cider vinegar | ||
| 1 cup prepared mustard | ||
| 1 cup apricot jam | ||
| 1 tsp powdered ginger | ||
| 2 tbs curry powder | ||
| 1 onion, finely minced |
This glaze works equally well of chicken, beef or pork. Brush on during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Mix all ingredients well then brush over meat during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
