Indian Vindaloo Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 dried red peppers, crushed
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbs curry powder
  • 2 tbs curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tbs cider vinegar
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine.
  • Make sure the red peppers are totally crushed.
  • You may add mixture to 1/4 cup of corn oil with 2 tbs of vindaloo. Use to baste chicken pork or shrimp while grilling.
  • Also you may mix 2 tbs of plain yogurt with 4 tsp vindaloo and serve with chicken or dress chicken or shrimp salad.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
