Louisiana Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup creole mustard
  • 1 tbs horseradish
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • Add all ingredients except for olive oil in a food processor. Pulse several times until ingredients are well combined.
  • With food processor running drizzle in olive oil.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before using.
