Mint and Chive Sauce

Ingredients

3 tbs fresh mint, minced
2 tbs scallions, minced
1 tbs of chives, chopped
1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp of chili paste or crushed pepper flakes
  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
  • Allow flavors to meld for an hour before serving.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
