Oven Fried Pecan Catfish
Ingredients
2 tbs water | ||
1 tsp dried mustard | ||
4 (8oz) catfish fillets | ||
1 cup ground pecans |
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Combine water and mustard in a small bowl.
- Dip fillets in the mustard mixture, then into the ground pecans. Shake off the excess.
- Place fillets on an oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they flake easily.
