Oysters with Prosciutto and Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
24 fresh oysters on the half shell | ||
3 tbs balsamic vinegar | ||
1/4 lb of prosciutto, chopped | ||
Fresh cracked black pepper |
- Place the oysters on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle each oyster with some balsamic vinegar and some fresh cracked black pepper.
- Top each oyster with some prosciutto.
- Place the oysters under a broiler and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the prosciutto starts to crisp.
