Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter | ||
1/4 cup flour | ||
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese | ||
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
3 tsp rosemary crushed | ||
4 large potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes |
- Melt butter in a 9×11 glass baking dish.
- Mix in the flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a zip top plastic bag.
- Add the potatoes and shake to coat.
- Add the potatoes to the baking dish along with the butter and stir to coat.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once with a spatula.
