Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of Italian parsley
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup canola (more if needed)
  • kosher salt to taste
  • 2 jalapenos with seeds, chopped
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  • Pulse until mixture is almost smooth.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
