Salsa Verde
Ingredients
1 bunch of Italian parsley | ||
1 bunch of cilantro | ||
1/2 small onion, chopped | ||
juice of 1 lemon | ||
2 cloves garlic, chopped | ||
1/4 cup canola (more if needed) | ||
kosher salt to taste | ||
2 jalapenos with seeds, chopped |
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Pulse until mixture is almost smooth.
- Recipe may be doubled.
