Ginger Mint Marinade
Ingredients
1 tbs apple juice | ||
3 tbs apple cider vinegar | ||
2 tsp olive oil | ||
2 tbs dry vermouth | ||
1 tsp peeled fresh ginger | ||
2 large cloves garlic, minced | ||
2 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
2 tbs fresh mint |
This marinade works equally well on chicken, pork or fish.
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
- Add the meat to the marinade, cover and refrigerate covered for several hours.
- Cook meat using desired method.
