Orange Chili Garlic Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 large shallots, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • dash of kosher salt
This marinade works on pork, beef, chicken, fish or shell fish.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Marinate meats covered and refrigerated for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Marinate fish and shell fished coveredĀ  and refrigerated for 20 minutes.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
