Rosemary Dill Fish Marinade
Ingredients
1 tbs fresh lime juice | ||
2 tbs wine vinegar | ||
2 tbs apple juice | ||
2 tsp olive oil | ||
1 tbs fresh dill, minced | ||
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed | ||
1 clove garlic, minced | ||
1 large shallot minced | ||
2 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix well.
- Add fish and marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Recipe may be doubled.
