Rosemary Dill Fish Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbs wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs apple juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbs fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large shallot minced
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix well.
  • Add fish and marinate for about 20 minutes.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
