Easy Pizza Topping Ideas

Start our with fresh made or pre-made pizza  dough. Spread out on a baking sheet or pizza stone and once toppings have been added bake at 450 degrees until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.

Barbecued Chicken:
Top crust with your favorite barbecue sauce, cooked shredded chicken, grated Monterey Jack, thinly sliced red onion, and thinly sliced bell pepper. Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Fresh Mozzarella:
Spread a light layer of tomato sauce on dough. Arrange thin slices of fresh  mozzarella on top. Scatter basil leaves and halved cherry tomatoes on top. Bake until crust is browned and cheese is  melted. Finish with a sprinkling of fresh basil leaves.

Greek:
Top crust with olive oil. baby spinach leaves, diced cream cheese, crumbled feta, and halved, pitted Kalamata olives. Season with salt and pepper. Bake until crust is brown and cheese is melted. 

Southwestern:
Start with you favorite salsa, then add grated Monterey pepper jack, canned black beans, drained and rinsed, frozen corn, thawed and canned green chilies, chopped. Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden. Top with thin slices of avocado and chopped fresh cilantro.

Veggie:
Top crust with pesto, marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered, marinated  mushrooms, halved, yellow and red cherry tomatoes, halved, and jarred roasted red peppers cut into strips.
Bake until crust is browned. Top with thinly sliced scallions.
