Feta Cheese Spread
Ingredients
8 oz crumbled Feta | ||
4 oz ricotta | ||
3 tbs olive oil | ||
1/2 oz fresh mint, chopped | ||
2 tsp garlic powder | ||
fresh cracked black pepper | ||
Crusty bread and or crackers for serving |
Directions:
- Combine the feta, ricotta and olive oil in a bowl and mash with a fork until well combined. The mixture should still contrain a few small lumps of cheese.
- Add the mint, garlilc powder and some cracked black pepper to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
