Spicy Meat Basting Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup orange juice | ||
| 1/2 cup lemon juice | ||
| 1/4 cup soy sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup brown sugar | ||
| 1 tsp curry powder | ||
| 1 tsp black pepper | ||
| 1/2 tsp powdered ginger | ||
| 1/4 tsp mace |
This sauce works equally well on chicken, beef or pork.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Use to baste meats during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
