Tony Roma’s Knock Off Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cups ketchup | ||
1 and 1/4 cup tomato sauce | ||
1 tbs yellow mustard | ||
1/2 cup brown sugar | ||
1 tbs black pepper | ||
1/2 cup wine vinegar | ||
2 and 1/2 tbs A-1 steak sauce | ||
1//2 tsp Tabasco sauce | ||
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce | ||
3 tbs soy sauce | ||
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1 and 1/2 tbs liquid smoke | ||
3 tsp kosher salt | ||
5 oz canned beef broth |
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 and 1/2 hours.
- Bring to room temperature and use right away or refrigerate until ready to use.
