Avocado Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tbs heavy cream
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This is super simple sauce the is wonderful draped over fish or chicken.
  • Peel Avocados and remove seeds.
  • Add to a food processor and squeeze lemon juice over.
  • With food processor running add cream until the mixture is sooth
  • Taste, season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over chicken or fish.
