Cuban Mojo Sauce

This is an all purpose table sauce that is commonly used in Cuban cooking.
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 10 cloves garlic, chopped
  • juice of 2 limes or sour orange
  • Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan using medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the garlic and lime juice.
  • Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
