Raspberry Iced Tea
Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries | ||
5 tea bags | ||
5 cups boiling water | ||
2 tbs superfine sugar |
- Place the raspberries and tea bags in a heat proof bowl.
- Pour the water over, then add the sugar. Mix well.
- Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Taste for sugar. If you like your tea sweeter, add more sugar.
- Cover and place in refrigerator and chill for several hours.
- Serve in tall glasses with ice cubes.
