Turkey Glaze
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup orange juice | ||
| 1/2 cup cider vinegar | ||
| 1/4 cup brown sugar |
This glaze when brushed on turkey and chicken during the last hour of cooking provides a deep bronze color.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients well.
- During the last hour of cooking brush the turkey or chicken all over with the glaze.
- Recipe may be doubled.
