Cinnamon Sugar
Ingredients
| 6 cinnamon sticks | ||
| 2 cups sugar |
This sugar is great for cookies and cakes and is 90% cheaper that buying it off the shelf.
- Snap of break the cinnamon sticks in half.
- Bury the sticks in sugar and place in a covered container.
- Let set for at least a month before using.
- The sugar will absorb the cinnamon flavor.
- The cinnamon sticks may be re-used if desired.
