Dominican Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients
1 cup olive oil | ||
1/4 cup lime juice | ||
1/2 tsp sugar | ||
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
1 tsp hot pepper sauce | ||
1 medium onion, grated | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste | ||
1 and 1/2 lbs large shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined, tails off |
- Mix the oil, lime juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, onion, salt and pepper. Whisk thoroughly to combine.
- Toss the shrimp with the sauce and serve cold as an appetizer.
- Recipe may be doubled.
