French Tarragon Wine Vinegar
Ingredients
| 1 empty wine bottle with cork | ||
| 1 cup fresh tarragon | ||
| 2 garlic cloves | ||
| 1 quart white wine vinegar |
- Put the garlic cloves and herbs into the wine bottle and add the vinegar.
- Cork the bottle and store for at least a month before using.
