Italian Herb Wine Vinegar
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh oregano | ||
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped | ||
4 garlic cloves, minced | ||
1 quart red wine vinegar | ||
Dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper |
- Add the herbs, garlic, salt and pepper to a wine bottle.
- Cork the bottle and store for a minimum of one month before using.
- This vinegar becomes better with age.
- Use drizzled over salads.
