Low Calorie Chocolate Banana Shake
Ingredients
2 cups cold skim milk | ||
1 medium banana | ||
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa | ||
sugar substitute if desired |
Each 1 cup serving contains only 95 calories.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until frothy.
- If desired you can serve over ice if desired.
- Recipe may be doubled.
