Low Calorie Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups skim milk | ||
1/3 cup fresh strawberries | ||
2 tbs unsweetened orange juice | ||
sugar substitute to equal 2 tbs of sugar | ||
1/2 cup non fat buttermilk |
Directions:
- Combine skim milk, strawberries, orange juice and sugar substitute in a blender or food processor, and process until the strawberries are pureed and the mixture if frothy.
- Transfer to a small pitcher and stir in the buttermilk.
- May be served over ice if desired.
