Low Calorie Chef’s Salad
Ingredients
8 cups torn ice berg lettuce | ||
1 cup thinly sliced radishes | ||
2 scallions, sliced | ||
1/3 cup bottled low calorie Thousand Island dressing | ||
2 oz chopped low calorie ham | ||
1 oz low calorie turkey, chopped | ||
1/4 cup low calorie cheddar cheese, shredded | ||
1/4 cup low calorie Swiss cheese, shredded | ||
2 small tomatoes, chopped | ||
1 hard boiled egg, chopped |
This recipe contains only 92 calories per 1 and 1/2 cup serving.
Directions:
- Combine lettuce, radishes and scallions in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled
- Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Top with ham, turkey, cheeses, tomatoes and egg.
