Low Calorie Fruit Medly

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water packed pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh orange slices
  • 1 cup diced unpeeled apple
  • 1 cup canned unsweetened cherries
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened low fat yogurt

This recipe contains only 72 calories per 2/3 cup serving.

Directions:

  • Combine the fruit in a bowl then fold in the yogurt.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
