Low Calorie Orange Yogurt Lasi
Ingredients
1 (6oz) can unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
1 cup skim milk | ||
3/4 cup plain unsweetened low fat yogurt |
Each 1/2 cup serving contains only 102 calories.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into individual glasses, and serve.
