Low Calorie Orange Yogurt Lasi

Ingredients

  • 1 (6oz) can unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3/4 cup plain unsweetened low fat yogurt

Each 1/2 cup serving contains only 102 calories.

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour into individual glasses, and serve.
