Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • milk if needed

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, adding a little milk if necessary for consistency.
  • Put mixture in casserole pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve on crackers or on crusty bread as an appetizer.
