Curry Spice Rub
Ingredients
| 4 tbs of curry powder | ||
| 1 and 1/2 tbs of kosher salt | ||
| 2 tsp black pepper |
This is a super simple but totally delicious spice rub. It can be rubbed into meat before grilling or it may be sprinkled over meat after grilling.
Directions:
- Add spice ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Use as a rub before grilling or as a spice to sprinkle over cooked meats.
