Easy Cucumber Dressing
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup cucumber, minced, well drained | ||
| 1/4 cup sour cream | ||
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise | ||
| 1 tsp kosher salt | ||
| 1/4 tsp white pepper |
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well blended.
- Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
- Recipe may be doubled.
