Low Calorie Mock Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbs skim milk
  • 1 tbs lemon juice

This recipe can be used as a substitute for sour cream. It contains only 11 calories per 1 tbs serving.

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer mixture to a serving container, cover and refrigerate until completely chilled.
