Low Calorie Whipped Topping
Ingredients
1/4 cup ice water | ||
1/4 cup non fat dry milk powder | ||
1 tbs lemon juice | ||
sugar substitute to equal 1/3 cup sugar |
This recipe contains only 11 calories per 2 tablespoon serving.
Directions:
- Place ice water in a small bowl and gradually add milk power, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in lemon juice and sugar substitute.
- Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
