Thai Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fish sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1-2 hot Thai chilies, minced
  • 1 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Use to dip meat, seafood or poultry.
