Thai Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1/3 cup fish sauce | ||
1/3 cup rice vinegar | ||
juice of 1/2 lime | ||
1/3 cup sugar | ||
1-2 hot Thai chilies, minced | ||
1 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped |
- Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Use to dip meat, seafood or poultry.
