Tofu Nut Spread
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter | ||
| 1/2 cup soft tofu |
This is a super simple appetizer that can be spread on crackers of crispy mini bread slices.
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Use to spread over crackers or crusty bread slices.
