Indian Naan Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbs ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 and 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the ghee, flour and salt together and add enough milk to form a soft dough.
  • Knead until the dough becomes pliant, then roll out in 4 inch diameter circles, 1/2 inch thick.
  • Bake on a greased tray for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
