Banana Pepper Anchovy Tapa

Ingredients

  • 24 small banana hot peppers
  • 24 anchovy fillets packed in olive oil

They say that some of the most delicious things are simple. This is a perfect example. These tapas are perfect for a cocktail party.

Directions:
  • Drain the anchovy fillets.
  • Wrap each anchovy fillet around a banana pepper and secure with toothpicks
  • Present on a platter with other tapas of your choice.
