Banana Pepper Anchovy Tapa
Ingredients
| 24 small banana hot peppers | ||
| 24 anchovy fillets packed in olive oil |
They say that some of the most delicious things are simple. This is a perfect example. These tapas are perfect for a cocktail party.
Directions:
- Drain the anchovy fillets.
- Wrap each anchovy fillet around a banana pepper and secure with toothpicks
- Present on a platter with other tapas of your choice.
