Sugared Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs spicy honey mustard
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 and 1/2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
Directions:
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl and combine well.
- Dip each slice of bacon into the mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Arrange bacon slices on a rack in a large broiler pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
- Drain on paper towels.
