Creamy Parmesan and Roasted Garlic Dressing
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated | ||
| 4 cloves roasted garlic | ||
| 4 cloves roasted garlic | ||
| 2 tbs red wine vinegar | ||
| 1 egg yolk | ||
| 1 tbs Dijon mustard | ||
| 1 tbs anchovy paste | ||
| 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1/4 tsp ground black pepper | ||
| 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil | ||
| dash of Tabasco sauce |
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor in the order listed.
- Process for 30-40 seconds, or until creamy and totally emulsified.
