Japanese Multi-Purpose Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup mayonnaise | ||
| 3 tbs rice wine vinegar | ||
| 3 tbs sugar | ||
| 3 tsp paprika | ||
| 2 tbs melted butter | ||
| 3 tsp garlic powder |
This is a delicious multi-purpose sauce that is common to Japanese steak houses. It can be used to dip beef, chicken, pork or seafood and in some instances it is even used as a salad dressing.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours before using.
