Brown Derby Cocktail

| 2 oz premium bourbon | ||
| 1 oz fresh grape fruit juice | ||
| 1/4 oz honey | ||
| ice |
This is a cocktail named for the famous Brown Derby restaurant in Los Angeles. The trick is to add the honey and liquids before adding the ice.

- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
