Rock Lobster Sashimi
Ingredients
8 fresh or frozen rock lobster tails | ||
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil | ||
1 cup soy sauce | ||
4 tsp wasabi |
This is a simple method to prepare delicious lobster sashimi.
- If using frozen lobster tails, thaw completely.
- Remove lobster meat from tails and coarsely chop.
- Add the lobster meat back to the shells.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over each tail.
- To serve place 2 tails on a cocktail serving dish along with a small container of soy sauce and a dab of wasabi.
