- 4 eggs
- 3-4 tbs butter, melted
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- Add melted butter to the bottom of an oven proof casserole dish.
- Break in the eggs and top with salt, pepper and some grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven until eggs just begin to set.
- About 10-15 minutes.
