Roasted Indian Chickkpeas
Ingredients
3 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed | ||
kosher salt to taste | ||
1 tsp garam masala | ||
1 tsp curry powder | ||
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
1/2 tsp coriander | ||
olive oil |
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. You may have to use two cookie sheets.
- Roast the chickpeas for about 35 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- Serve at once.
