Salmon Cream Cheese with Capers
Ingredients
8 ozs cream cheese, room temperature | ||
1/2 cup smoked salmon, chopped | ||
2 tbs capers, drained | ||
2 tbs fresh dill or parsley, chopped | ||
2 tsp lemon juice | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
baguette slices for serving |
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until combined.
- Serve with crusty bread and or crackers.
